INSTALLATION

SuperLight Caps

Preparation

1. Clean wheel center bore cap mounting area:

- Ensure the wheel surface around the center bore opening is free from any debris, road grime, dirt, residue, wax, or oils.

Wipe the center bore mounting area using an IPA (isopropyl alcohol) cleaning wipe after removing any dirt from the surface

2. Peel back each of the red plastic films covering the pre-mounted adhesive strips.

Installation

NOTE: The pre-mounted adhesive tape may have lifted up slightly during shipping. Please press down the adhesive tape before proceeding with installation.

3. Hold the cap up to the wheel and ensure that it's flat in front of the wheel (do not insert at an angle)

4. Insert the cap slowly, while keeping it centered in the wheel bore. This is important to ensure the adhesive is not stuck to the sides while the cap is not yet fully inserted.

5. Once fully inserted, gently press the face of the cap up, down, left, and right, so as to press the adhesive around the circumference of the cap, ensuring a secure grip is achieved.

6. Proceed to the next wheel.

NOTE: Avoid washing wheels or driving in wet weather for 6 hours after installation, to ensure a secure grip is achieved.

Uninstallation

1. Remove the wheel from the vehicle and press the cap out from the rear face of the wheel.

NOTE: Do not attempt to remove the cap from the front face of the wheel while the wheel is still installed on the vehicle, such as by attempting to pry it off with a flathead screwdriver. This will cause damage to both the cap and the wheel surface. It's not worth it.

If you run into any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Happy Motoring!
